This situation is largely the result of your and your team's two and a half years of anti-Russian policy: Thovmasyan to the government

Mr. Pashinyan, just a month ago, I demanded your resignation following your signing of the so-called act of capitulation. This was stated by Artak Thovmasyan, the founder of the Thovmasyan business company, who has decided to establish a new party.

He specifically noted, “It is with deep astonishment that I have to record that you, placing personal interests and the desire to maintain power above national and state interests, have continued to stubbornly fight to preserve your power even when your resignation was demanded by His Holiness the Catholicos of All Armenians, the Catholicos of Cilicia, the President of Armenia, dozens of parties, civil organizations, intellectuals, community leaders and councils, the National Academy of Sciences, the Scientific Council of Yerevan State University, and many scientific centers, as well as prominent public figures and businessmen from the diaspora, essentially representing the overwhelming majority of the Armenian people. Every day of your governance is another day of defeat for the Armenian nation because there is complete chaos and lawlessness in the country.

No serious political center around the world takes you seriously. You must leave, as you have completely failed the functions of governance and are unable to exercise the powers entrusted to you by the Constitution. This war is the result of your incompetent foreign policy, the inability to start negotiations from your point, and the lack of basic understanding of diplomacy, illustrated by populist statements such as 'Artsakh is Armenia, end of story'.

a) To this day, you have failed to find any solutions regarding the return of prisoners of war, the missing persons, and the remains of our fallen compatriots. Seeing your impotence, the Armenian people place their hopes for resolution on Russian President Vladimir Putin and directly address him, asking for his intervention.

b) Every day, under the pretext of border clarification and mapping, Azerbaijanis enter our villages and seize more territories, while local governments and volunteer groups are trying to find solutions on their own by negotiating with the enemy.

c) The implementation of the state budget has failed. You are no longer capable of ensuring proper revenue collection. Problems may soon arise in the payment of pensions and salaries, which could lead to a catastrophic social explosion.

d) This situation is largely a result of your and your team’s two and a half years of anti-Russian policy. Throughout your tenure, you have failed to convince that your anti-Russian stances of the past decades have sincerely changed; on the contrary, you did everything to consistently undermine our relations with our strategic ally. We need a government composed largely of new people who will be able to establish cooperative and strategic relations with the Russian Federation, which, by the way, has halted the bloodshed that you yourself incited.

I am confident that only a qualitatively new political team can establish relations with the Russian political elite based on mutual trust and state interests and can jointly ensure the security of Armenia and Artsakh’s borders, pulling both of our states out of political and economic collapse.

There is now essentially a nationwide consensus on the demand for your resignation, while you continue to act as if you do not see any of this, and nothing is happening. Mr. Prime Minister, where are you leading our country? Towards the next capitulation? Your entire tenure has been a timeline of failures and decline.

These days, protests demanding the resignation of the government and specifically the Prime Minister are taking place across the entire republic. I call on my teammates and supporters to take to the streets and express their civic will and determination to form a new, skilled, and professional government by any legal means.

I urge members of the security forces to exclude any pressure and persecution against those demanding the Prime Minister's resignation. Guys, those people are fighting for your future and your children's future as well, and I am confident that the day will come when you too will join that struggle.

In the last century, the Armenian people have never been so disheartened and broken, and only your departure will open up prospects for a brighter future for the Armenian nation. You have one thing left to do: resign and allow for a new government that embodies state and national values to be formed, one that can unite the Armenian people and serve their vital interests.

After your resignation, snap elections will be organized, and the people will decide who they trust to lead the state in the coming years.

Mr. Pashinyan, you have become a symbol of defeat and capitulation. The Armenian people cannot and will not tolerate such a leader of state. This is a struggle not for power, but for the dignified existence and development of our people.

I hope you will find the strength and sanity within yourself to stop fighting against your own people and, by resigning, allow the possibility of saving the Republic of Armenia from further destructive developments.
