Citizens Hold Rally in Aparan to Support Prime Minister Pashinyan

Citizens expressing their support for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are holding a rally in Aparan. Residents from various communities in Aragatsotn have gathered to voice their dissatisfaction with the local mayors' calls for the Prime Minister's resignation.

The head of the Shenkavan administrative district stated that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the Prime Minister's resignation, for which he regrets and apologizes to the people. “Our village has always been with the Prime Minister; where the people are, there I am,” the leader said. In response, rally participants began to applaud and chant, “Nikol, Nikol.”

One of the participants in the rally told a reporter from First Information that the village leaders expressed their opinions while ignoring the villagers' views. “There is nothing on behalf of the people. We are with our Prime Minister, and we advise the Prime Minister not to take a step back. The people are on his side,” said one rally participant, adding that 16 parties have failed to gather even 1,000 people.

Another protester declared that all of Aparan stands by the Prime Minister. “Those 10 people who want the Prime Minister's resignation are bringing disgrace to all of Aparan. Aparan has always been honorable. Aparan has not allowed the Turk to enter. The whole of Aparan is with our Prime Minister,” said the protester.
