Azerbaijani Armed Forces Actively Moving Near Armenian Borders in So-Called 'Gray Zone'

The Azerbaijani armed forces are actively moving near the so-called 'gray zone' adjacent to the Armenian borders. This information comes from sources affiliated with Russian security forces, which are not directly linked to the peacekeeping contingent's activities.

According to these sources, taking advantage of the situation created after the second Nagorno-Karabakh war, the Azerbaijani military is attempting to enhance its positions not only along the line of contact with the Artsakh Defense Army but also in certain sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

This is partly due to the fact that after taking control of certain areas in Artsakh, the Armenian services responsible for border security have received additional zones of responsibility, as the conditional (and in some places quite real) front line between Armenia and Azerbaijan has expanded by several dozen kilometers.

While the situation regarding border demarcation remains unclear, and negotiations on this issue are still ongoing, Aliyev hopes to 'cleverly' 'cut off' additional territories from Armenia. The @wargonzo project promises to reveal specifically what areas the neighboring state has its 'eyes on' in the near future.
