We Live in a Kindergarten, But They Say Get Out, Where Do I Take My 6 Minor Children? A Resident of Artsakh

Romik Darbinyan, a resident of Aygek village in Kashatagh, has lost his home and place. He has found temporary shelter in a kindergarten in the village of Getazat in Artashat, but the village mayor, the kindergarten director, and regional administration staff have urged him to leave the premises as the kindergarten will soon begin operation.

In a conversation with Tert.am, the helpless citizen expressed his distress, stating that if they force him out, he will take his family to Republic Square and sit there. “They are kicking me out of the kindergarten. Where am I supposed to take my 6 children? Am I supposed to sleep in the streets? They show me the way as though there are people sleeping in their cars. They say if you don’t get out, we’ll use police force to remove you. In other words, the Turk is using force there, and they are like this here,” he said.

His youngest child is 2 months old, and the oldest is 9 years old and has a heart defect. He mentioned that his newborn was not given food and was told, “You received money, go buy it yourself.”
