Luminary Armenia Faction Members Meet with ICRC Representatives
Luminary Armenia faction members met today with representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). This was reported on the Facebook page of the faction leader, Edmon Marukyan.
"The discussion primarily focused on the ICRC's jurisdiction and the work being done concerning prisoners of war, missing persons, and detained civilians," he wrote.
