Lavrov and Bayramov Discuss Implementation of November 9 Agreement

On December 8, a phone conversation took place between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The heads of the foreign ministries discussed the progress of implementing the provisions of the trilateral agreement signed on November 9, as well as current topics of bilateral cooperation and the international agenda.
