Artsakh President Announces Staff Restructuring at Request of Vitaly Balasanyan
Samvel Babayan, the former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council and spokesperson for the United Homeland party he founded, shared on his Facebook page that:
“Araik Harutyunyan met with the staff of the Security Council's office yesterday to clarify the situation surrounding the office. Harutyunyan assured that employees would be given the opportunity to continue their work within the state governance system. In response to the question of why the office's format is maintained while the entire staff is dismissed, Harutyunyan noted that this was a request from the newly appointed security secretary, to whom he had to comply within the framework of cooperation,” she mentioned.
Earlier, Dolukhanyan had stated that the newly appointed secretary of the Artsakh Security Council put more than 50 families’ social security at risk. “The staff of the Artsakh Security Council office has been warned: it has been said from the presidential office that no one should be in the office starting Monday, as the newly appointed secretary will come with his team,” she noted.
