Ara Aivazyan: The Inhumane Treatment of Armenian Prisoners of War by Azerbaijani Soldiers is Absolutely Condemnable

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ara Aivazyan, at a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian stated, "The cases of inhumane treatment of Armenian prisoners of war and civilian individuals who are in captivity by Azerbaijani soldiers are absolutely condemnable. These actions are not only not condemned by the high leadership of Azerbaijan, but they also receive public support. The manifestations of hatred towards Armenians also target many medieval cultural and religious monuments in Artsakh, which are under Azerbaijani occupation, and which the Azerbaijani side either tries to destroy, desecrate, or change their identity. Exchanges took place through international organizations aimed at preserving these religious-cultural monuments."
