The Reports of Armenia and Artsakh's Human Rights Defenders Justify Azerbaijan's Genocidal Policies

The Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh have published a new report titled "Organized Hate Speech and Hostility Against Ethnic Armenians in Azerbaijan as Radical Causes for Torture and Inhumane Treatment by Azerbaijani Armed Forces."

The report substantiates the Azerbaijani policies of ethnic cleansing and genocide through terrorist methods. It demonstrates that the brutalities, torture, and inhumane treatment inflicted during this war are the result of years of propaganda and organized anti-Armenian policies.

The report further shows that anti-Armenian sentiment in Azerbaijan is a closed loop, generated by the authorities, including top-level bodies, and then widely utilized and encouraged by cultural, sports, and other public figures in nearly the same terms, earning public praise while specifically targeting children.

Azerbaijani soldiers are well aware that the torture of Armenians will not only remain unpunished but will also be met with both governmental and societal commendation.
