Ministry of Education of Artsakh Registers Students Lacking Technical Means for Remote Classes

The Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Artsakh has announced that it is registering students who lack technical means for the full organization of remote classes.

"Priority will be given to students whose places of residence are currently under Azerbaijani control, those who have become orphans as a result of the war, and those from large or socially disadvantaged families. The program will not benefit students who have already been provided with technical means by the ministry. This program will be ongoing.
