I Will Give Aliyev 6 Billion, Let Him Refuse the 7 Regions of Artsakh: Sargsyan to Lukashenko

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has offered former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan $5 billion on behalf of Aliyev in exchange for surrendering the 7 regions of Artsakh. Sargsyan rejected the offer, stating that he was willing to give Aliyev $6 billion to refuse the 7 regions.

A recording of the conversation between former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko regarding Nagorno-Karabakh has surfaced on the Bagramyan26 Telegram channel. According to the recording, Lukashenko proposed that the Armenian president hand over the regions of Artsakh, and in return, he would pay Armenia $5 billion in the first phase.

In response, Belarusian President Sargsyan said, “I will give him $6 billion. Let him refuse the 7 regions.”
