Video: The Number One Social Issue of the Republic is Housing, Says Artsakh President

Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan stated on his Facebook page, "Dear compatriots, the number one social issue of the Republic is housing, and in the coming years, the government will focus its main efforts on providing housing for all citizens left without shelter."

"For this purpose, I have visited several construction sites in the capital today and given new instructions regarding the deadlines for the operation of various facilities. In particular, multi-story buildings under construction in different parts of Stepanakert, which will have around 300 apartments, will be handed over for operation by the first half of next year, taking into account the increase in workforce."
