Special Unit of Over 60 Russian Military Doctors Arrives in Stepanakert, Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

The first special medical units of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation have arrived in the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, Stepanakert, to provide medical assistance to the local population, according to the official website of the RF Ministry of Defense.

Prior to this, the military medical units were transported to Yerevan from Khabarovsk by the RF Aerospace Forces' Il-76 cargo planes.

More than 60 military doctors have arrived in Stepanakert, including surgeons, anesthesiologist-resuscitators, therapists, and epidemiologists. All necessary medical equipment will be provided to ensure the proper organization of medical services.
