Road Conditions in Armenia: Snowfall in Syunik Region Except for Meghri

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that the roads in the Republic of Armenia are passable.

The roads leading to the Amberd fortress and Kari Lake in Aragatsotn province are difficult to traverse.

In the Syunik region, snowfall is observed, excluding the city of Meghri.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.

According to information from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision prohibiting the entry of foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to cargo transportation.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
