Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan Meets with Relatives of Missing Soldiers Who Blocked Stepanakert's Liberation Fighters Street

Yesterday, I visited a group of relatives of missing soldiers who had blocked Liberation Fighters Street in Stepanakert, listened to their concerns, and presented our work and my position on the matter.

This was stated by Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan.

"State authorities are obliged to use all possible means to ensure the prompt resolution of humanitarian issues and to maintain effective and regular communication with the relatives of the missing and prisoners," he wrote.
