Prime Minister Pashinyan to Address the Public in an Hour and a Half

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced via Facebook that he will deliver a televised address in the next hour and a half.

"I will be addressing the public in a televised address in the next hour and a half," wrote the Prime Minister.
