Marukyan Appeals to Vladimir Putin Regarding Armenian Prisoners of War
Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, has stated on his Facebook page: 'Dear citizens, I would like to inform you that I have appealed to the President of the Russian Federation, V.V. Putin, requesting his immediate intervention for the prompt resolution of the issue concerning Armenian prisoners of war.'
