Ararat Mirzoyan Sends Letter to President of the French Senate Gérard Larcher

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has sent a letter to the President of the Senate of the French Republic, Gérard Larcher, thanking him and other members of the Senate for the adoption of the resolution regarding the necessity of recognizing the Republic of Artsakh.

In the letter, it is particularly stated: “I would like to express my hope that the continuous efforts of France and the other co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the Russian Federation and the United States, will contribute to a comprehensive resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. Only through a fair settlement of the issue, with the recognition of Artsakh and the return of Armenian settlements in Artsakh, can a long-term and sustainable peace be established.”
