All Individuals Who Recognize Their Relatives in Videos Circulating Online Can Apply to the Investigative Committee

The investigation continues at the forensic department of the RA Investigative Committee into the aggressive war unleashed and conducted by the military-political leadership of the Republic of Azerbaijan along the entire line of contact with the Republic of Artsakh. This includes serious violations of norms of international humanitarian law during international terrorism, armed conflicts, instances of criminal orders being issued during armed clashes, and cases of mercenarism. The preliminary investigation is underway as part of a criminal case, with extensive investigative and procedural actions being carried out by a group of investigators from the RA Investigative Committee and the Investigative Department of the National Security Service of RA.

During the preliminary investigation, among other matters, the subject of investigation includes serious violations of norms of international humanitarian law concerning the Armenian Armed Forces soldiers in the status of prisoners of war, as well as all cases of killings, torture, and inhuman and degrading treatment of the civilian population.
