Stable Peace Can Be Established Through the Return of Armenian Inhabited Areas of Artsakh

The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has sent a letter to the President of the Senate of the French Republic, Gérard Larcher, thanking him and the other members of the Senate for the adoption of the resolution on the "Necessity of Recognizing the Republic of Artsakh." The letter states, "I wish to express my hope that the continuous efforts of France and the other co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the Russian Federation and the United States, will contribute to the final resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. Only through the just resolution of the issue, by recognizing Artsakh and returning Armenian inhabited areas of Artsakh, can long-term and stable peace be established."
