My Son Asks, 'Mom, Have We All Been Forgotten?' Says Soldier's Mother
WRed
“There are no conditions; they sleep on the ground. Were those kids, who have barely escaped, deserving of this? There is no cover, they sleep next to wild animals and decaying corpses. My child says, ‘Mom, have we all been forgotten? How do you live your life?’” said one of the parents during a protest of relatives of conscripted soldiers in front of the Ministry of Defense.
Parents of conscripted soldiers note that since the cessation of warfare, soldiers have faced numerous issues regarding the organization of rest and proper medical examinations.
