Recognize Our Heroes

The Defense Army has presented characteristic episodes of heroes from the modern-day heroic battles, noting that Private Nerses Arayik Arakelyan stood out in the crew, impressively hitting enemy firing positions and strongholds.

Captain Mekhak Sureni Yegikyan organized the destruction of enemy fire, actively participating in the combat operations with his crew. Senior Lieutenant Vahan Sanasari Avgakyan skillfully managed artillery fire, provided precise data, and contributed to the annihilation of the enemy.

Artillerymen Captain Tigran Rudiki Hayrapetyan, Senior Lieutenant Shant Hovhannis Mankuyan, Lieutenant Nver Hovhannis Kirakosyan, Sergeant Lyova Hovhannis Melikonyan, and Private Arthur Argami Antonyan distinguished themselves through effective actions in hitting enemy fire positions, fire control, and destruction of individual strongholds.

During combat operations in the northern direction, Senior Lieutenant Kamo Vladimir Zakaryan destroyed two enemy tanks. In the same area, Senior Lieutenant Gevorg Hrayri Khachatryan displayed exceptional courage by conducting minefield operations while simultaneously clearing paths necessary for our forces, aiding friendly operations and blocking the enemy's advance.

Under enemy fire, during the evacuation of the injured and deceased, medical service lieutenants Garik Sargsi Manukyan and Davit Norayri Hakobyan stood out. Major Artak Samveli Gevorgyan, along with Lieutenants Sargis Sureni Gevorgyan and Arman Ashoti Muradyan, performed surgeries under enemy shelling, saving countless lives. Glory to our heroes!
