Discussion on Resolution Regarding Recognition of Artsakh Begins in French Senate

The discussion on the resolution regarding the necessity of recognizing the Republic of Artsakh is set to begin shortly in the French Senate. This resolution has been introduced by senators Bruno Retailleau, Patrick Kanner, Hervé Marseille, Alain Aghazarian, and Guillaume Gontard.

The French Senate made the decision to present the draft resolution on the recognition of the Republic of Artsakh for voting on November 18, just hours after the Paris City Hall accepted a call to recognize the Republic of Artsakh. The resolution has been signed by the heads of the five largest political groups in the Senate.
