Why is the Turk Drawing the Border if the Agreement is Trilateral: Taguhi Tovmasyan

Armenian National Assembly member Taguhi Tovmasyan, who has submitted her resignation from the 'My Step' faction, has made a post on her Facebook page addressing videos circulating on social media, which show residents of various settlements in Artsakh emptying their homes in the presence of Azerbaijani soldiers.

The post reads as follows:

"The footage that has emerged online lately is more horrifying than the last: In the 21st century, under the conditions of the existence of the independent Republic of Armenia, our compatriots from Artsakh have found themselves alone and, one might say, without support against the Azerbaijani forces. After the signing of the disastrous night-time document, when 121 settlements were handed over to Azerbaijan, I thought at least that the process of handover would be organized, and the chaotic nature of war would no longer prevail over us. But no, the Armenian is vacating his home, while the Azerbaijani mocks him by filming his flight from his house in the yard; another is taken prisoner, then returned as part of a game; a third one personally thanks the Azerbaijani for allowing him to take his belongings out of the house. This is a deeply concerning situation.

Do we have a state? Where are our state institutions? Why is our citizen alone against the enemy? Where are our rescuers, peacekeepers, police, and security forces… Why is the Turk drawing the border if the agreement is trilateral?
