Russian Emergencies Ministry Sends Another Humanitarian Aid Shipment to Artsakh

The Russian Federation's Ministry of Emergency Situations has sent the second batch of humanitarian aid to Stepanakert, consisting of around 22 trucks. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The received aid in the form of building materials was welcomed in the administrative area of the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service by the head of the service, Major General Karen Sargsyan, the director of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's rescue formations department, Lieutenant General Igor Kutrovsky, and the Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan.

All the settlements affected by the war will be quickly reconstructed. In this direction, local builders in Artsakh have already begun certain works.

A 30-member operational group of Russian rescuers arrived in Artsakh on November 16 to assist the population. The group includes representatives from the central apparatus of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers, sappers, and communication specialists. The rescuers are equipped with necessary technology and a field camp.

Russia is prepared to increase the number of rescuers to 150 and also provide an air ambulance.
