Materials Related to Garnik Isagulyan's Press Conference Revelations Sent to the Special Investigative Service
The publications regarding Garnik Isagulyan's press conference have been forwarded to the Special Investigative Service by the Office of the Republic of Armenia's Prosecutor General for preparation of materials under Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code, with instructions to verify the circumstances presented during the press conference through criminal procedural means and to provide a legal assessment. This was reported by the Prosecutor’s Office to 'Factinfo'.
It is noteworthy that during the press conference held on November 23, Garnik Isagulyan made several controversial statements, notably claiming that a 400-member enemy group entered the city of Hadrut from the rear, passing through Nakhchivan and Kajaran, and proceeded to Hadrut without hindrance, facilitated by the then director of the National Security Service, Argishti Kyaramyan, along with department heads of the passport division, who distributed 1400 Armenian passports to Azerbaijanis who speak Armenian.
