Council Member Arsen Karapetyan Resigns, Isabella Abgaryan Exits 'My Step'

The Yerevan City Council convened for its regular session today, November 24. The meeting is chaired by First Deputy Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan, as Mayor Hayk Marutyan has contracted COVID-19.

The Deputy Mayor noted that Arsen Karapetyan from the 'My Step' faction has submitted a request to discontinue his powers. Additionally, Isabella Abgaryan has also submitted a request to leave the faction, but she will remain a council member.
