Social Welfare Must Present Support Provision Procedure for Citizens of Communities Under Azerbaijani Control by November 25

The text of the decision regarding the support for citizens of communities under Azerbaijani control due to the war states: “Based on Article 83 and Part 4 of Article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. To establish a support measure for citizens registered in communities that came under the control of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a result of military actions against the Republic of Artsakh initiated on September 27, 2020, in accordance with the annex.
2. The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia is instructed to present the procedure for providing support defined by this decision by November 25, 2020.”
