No Danger to the Lives of Rescue Workers Injured in Akani Explosion, Says Artsakh Emergency Service
The injured rescue workers have been hospitalized. Earlier today, Major General Karen Sargsyan, director of the State Emergency Service, visited the injured at the Republican Medical Center.
The head of the service spoke with the doctors and inquired about the health condition of the injured. The doctors assured that the lives of the rescue workers are not in danger.
It is reminded that since November 13, under the initiative of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation, and with the active participation of the State Emergency Service, the process of searching for the bodies of soldiers who were killed during the war and their exchange with the Azerbaijani side continues.
As a reminder, since the first day of the war, four rescue workers from the Artsakh State Emergency Service have been killed while performing their professional duties, and another 17 have been injured.
