List of Communities Transferred Under Azerbaijani Control in Artsakh

The Armenian government has published the list of communities that have come under Azerbaijani control as a result of the military actions that began on September 27 against the Republic of Artsakh. The list is available on the government's website as part of a decision regarding support measures for citizens registered in those communities.

The aim of the measure is to provide social support to citizens of Artsakh who have been displaced due to the war and are currently located in the Republic of Armenia or Artsakh. Eligible individuals must have been registered in the corresponding communities and have actually resided there for at least the last three months before September 27, 2020.

Social support will be provided in the form of a one-time monetary aid of 300,000 drams for each eligible individual. The one-time monetary assistance for minor children will be provided to the parent if that parent is a beneficiary of the program. Applications must be submitted electronically by December 20, 2020. The one-time aid will be distributed through Haypost and Artsakhpost.
