Black Ice in Gegharkunik and Lori Regions, Rain-Snow Mix in Goris and Sisian

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that the roads in the Republic of Armenia are passable. In the Gegharkunik and Lori regions, there are spots of black ice.

In the cities of Goris and Sisian in the Syunik region, there is a rain-snow mix and fog.

About the Lars crossing: According to information received from the Emergency Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed to heavy vehicles due to precipitation.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the decision to prohibit foreigners from entering Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight transport.
