Arayik Harutyunyan Removed from Office, Vahram Dumanyan Appointed as Replacement

In line with the Prime Minister's proposal, the President of Armenia has relieved Arayik Harutyunyan of his duties as Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.

“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, Arayik HARUTYUNYAN is hereby removed from the position of Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports,” the decree stated.

In another decree, the President has appointed Vahram Dumanyan as the new Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports: “Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, Vahram DUMANYAN is appointed as the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.”
