Gas Supply Restored for 11,000 Subscribers in Stepanakert

As of November 22, following the establishment of a ceasefire, gas supply has been restored for approximately 11,000 subscribers in the capital city of Stepanakert. Taking into account the return of residents and the ongoing safety measures implemented in multi-story buildings, natural gas supply is being restored to consumers on a house-to-house basis, according to the Artsakh Information Center.

Seyran Mikayelyan, the Executive Director of Artsakh Gas, affirmed that the company is currently working under intense pressure, operating from early morning until late evening. The technical and professional teams continue emergency repair work in the capital and surrounding areas to restore blue flame to the homes of Artsakh residents as soon as possible.

The damaged section of the high-pressure gas pipeline near Kashen on the Chldran-Martakert route has already been repaired, resulting in the resumption of natural gas supply to Martakert and neighboring communities. The medium and low-pressure gas pipelines in Martuni and Martakert are also being repaired, and upon completion, the issue will be fundamentally resolved in several neighborhoods and buildings of the regional centers.

In Martakert, priority has been given to supplying hospitals, bakeries, and essential economic activities deemed crucial for the population's needs. In Martuni, over 500 subscribers are receiving gas. In other regions, gas supply has mostly been restored.
