More Than Predictable: Tehmine Vardanyan on Yerevan Mayor's COVID-19 Infection

Tehmine Vardanyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the 'Luyis' faction, wrote on her Facebook page: “More than predictable... I would like to inform you that on Tuesday, November 24, the next session of the Yerevan City Council will take place. This session is the first after the signing of the disgraceful capitulation document. Haik Marutyan is the second elected official in the country. He remains one of the key political figures in the ruling party, if one can call it that. Haik Marutyan also bears political responsibility for what has occurred. After all this, I can't say I doubt whether he has been infected or not. Think and reason for yourselves...”
