Humanitarian Aid from Russia Arrives in Stepanakert
The Ministry of Emergency Situations, Civil Defense and Disaster Management of the Russian Federation has sent humanitarian aid to Artsakh. This information was reported by the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service.
Today, a convoy of vehicles loaded with construction materials has arrived in Stepanakert to carry out restoration work on the affected settlements and infrastructure during the war.
Major General Karen Sargsyan, head of the Emergency Situations Service, and Lieutenant General Igor Kutrovsky, director of the Rescue Units Department of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, accepted the first batch of aid, so that builders can transport it to construction sites and begin restoration work shortly.
The assistance received from Russia (construction materials, glass, sheet metal, wood) has been stored at the Ministry of Urban Development of Artsakh.
Karen Sargsyan expressed gratitude to his Russian counterparts for their support and emphasized the importance of everyone's assistance in the post-war period.
