Completion of the 4th Confidential Report on Azerbaijani Armed Forces' Atrocities Against Armenian Captives and Corpses

We have completed the 4th confidential report regarding the atrocities and brutalities committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against ethnic Armenian captives and corpses. This is the 4th report solely focused on torture and cruelty. Arman Tatoyan, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, announced this on his Facebook page.

The report covers the period from November 4 to 18, and we have already begun preparations for the 5th report.

This report explicitly documents all the cruelties and war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against individuals solely because they are ethnic Armenians. This is also the result of a state-sponsored systematic policy of anti-Armenianism in Azerbaijan.

The report is a collection of evidences and analyses that reaffirm the Azerbaijani political strategy of ethnic cleansing and genocide in Artsakh, executed by terrorist means.

Note: For understandable reasons, we do not publish the details of such reports, considering the extent of Azerbaijani atrocities and torture. The complete content is presented to international bodies, as well as to the relevant Armenian state institutions that have significant functions regarding these matters.
