Collision on Yerevan-Yeghasq Highway Involving Tractor and Opel Astra G Results in Driver's Death

On November 20, at 19:12, the Ararat regional crisis management center received information about a traffic accident near the 2nd km of the Artashat-Yerevan highway, with reports of injuries. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a firefighting team from the Regional Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene.

It was found that at the 25th km of the Yerevan-Yeghasq highway, a collision occurred between an Opel Astra G vehicle (driver, Armen M., born in 1975) and a Kirovets tractor (driver, Arman K., born in 1980). As a result of the collision, the Opel Astra G overturned, and the driver died at the scene.

Rescuers moved the body of the Opel Astra G driver, Armen M., to an ambulance, disconnected the vehicle's power supply, and closed the gas cylinder valve.
