In the War, Not Only Turkish Intelligence Was Involved, But All of Turkey: Arzrun Hovhannisyan

During the Nagorno-Karabakh war, not only Turkish intelligence was involved but the entire Turkey. This was stated by Arzrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, during a briefing, commenting on the statement made by Sergei Naryshkin, the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, that Turkish intelligence is participating in operations in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“We are talking about specific Turkish units. The management of military operations by the Azerbaijani armed forces in Karabakh is almost absent, but there is the management by the Turkish General Staff, which uses mercenaries to solve the tasks assigned,” Hovhannisyan noted.
