Positive Shift in Jalal Harutyunyan's Health Condition, Says Armenian Defense Ministry Representative

The former Minister of Defense of Artsakh, Lieutenant General, and 'Hero of Artsakh' Jalal Harutyunyan has shown a positive change in his health condition. This was announced during a briefing by the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan.

“According to my verified information, Jalal Harutyunyan has transitioned to natural breathing as of yesterday, meaning that the artificial respiratory device has been disconnected. We hope that he will recover quickly and get back on his feet,” said Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
