Civilian Population Affected, Numerous Destructions in Shushi
After midnight, the enemy side resumed its plan to shell peaceful settlements, coinciding with military operations. Heavy artillery was used towards Shushi. This information was reported by the Artsakh Republic Emergency Situations State Service.
