Celebrations encouraging Armenian killings and brutality are being organized within Azerbaijani social media platforms, where users express happiness and pride in the atrocities committed, further promoting manifestations of hatred towards Armenians.

The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia has obtained evidence confirming these activities. For instance, a photo of a decapitated body was posted on an Azerbaijani social media page, claiming it to be of an Armenian serviceman, accompanied by a poll aimed at inciting extreme cynicism and hatred.

This is clearly evidenced by the attached materials (the original poll and its translation). The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia has documented all of these incidents and will present them to international bodies in due course, as per jurisdictional requirements.
