Azerbaijan Deliberately Targets Fire Truck with UAV, Artak Beglaryan

Artak Beglaryan, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, made a post on Twitter highlighting that Azerbaijan continues to target humanitarian objects and personnel in Artsakh, committing new war crimes.

Beglaryan reported that Azerbaijan deliberately targeted a fire truck of the State Emergency Service of Artsakh using a drone, which was transporting drinking water for the peaceful residents of neighboring communities from the city of Askeran.
