Artsrun Hovhannisyan Announced That the Enemy Continues to Use White Phosphorus

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, addressed the question during a press briefing regarding whether it is true that the adversary used white phosphorus again last night. He stated, 'Yes, the enemy continues to use the same weapons and ammunition in various directions.'

Regarding the question of whether Turkish special forces have been deployed in the direction of Shushi, he mentioned that he cannot specify which direction at this moment; however, further surprises are anticipated following the final compilation of such information.

Hovhannisyan also spoke about the extent of damage to the ecological environment of Artsakh due to the enemy's use of phosphorus-based munitions, emphasizing that evaluations are being conducted, and he cannot provide conclusive data as hostilities are ongoing.
