VIDEO. I am blind, but I act, while the international community sees but does not act. Artsakh Ombudsman
Azerbaijan continues its military crimes against the civilian population of Artsakh. Azerbaijan indiscriminately targets civilian objects and infrastructures to deepen the humanitarian disaster in Artsakh. I see that there are many destructions; I am blind, but I 'see' by touching; I am blind, but I act. The international community is not blind, but it does not act. The international community sees everything without touching it—with its eyes. However, it does not act appropriately. This is why military crimes continue by Azerbaijan, Turkey, and terrorists.
My appeal to the international community, as a blind person and as the Ombudsman of Artsakh, is to start acting, stop talking, do not be blind.
This was stated by the Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan in his video message from the central market of Stepanakert, which was targeted by Azerbaijan on October 31.
