Video: Civilian Transferred to Armenia Recognized as Victim and Interrogated
The investigation continues at the Armenian Investigative Committee's forensic department regarding the aggressive war unleashed and conducted by the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan along the entire contact line with the Republic of Artsakh, serious violations of international humanitarian law during international terrorism and armed confrontations, issuing criminal orders during armed clashes, and cases of mercenarism.
The investigative body has decided to recognize a civilian transferred from Azerbaijan to Armenia through the efforts of the ICRC on October 29 this year as a victim, and forensic medical and chemical examinations have been appointed. Below is a segment from the interrogation of this individual as presented in the video.
We also inform that the officials of the sixth garrison investigative department of the Armed Forces Division of the Armenian Investigative Committee participated on the same day in the transfer process of the bodies of 29 deceased Armenian servicemen during military operations to the Armenian side. They conducted a preliminary external examination of the deceased servicemen's bodies on-site, with the participation of forensic experts from the scientific-practical center of forensic medical examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.
Additionally, we announce that today another group of investigators from the Armenian Investigative Committee, who voluntarily enlisted, went to combat duty and joined the servicemen carrying out military service under the leadership of the chairman of the Armenian Investigative Committee.
