Stepanakert and Shushi Hit by Shelling, Civilian Casualties Reported

Today at approximately 07:08 AM, the adversary violated the agreement established through the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in Geneva, which prohibits targeting peaceful settlements, by shelling Stepanakert and Shushi.

The central market and a residential house in Stepanakert were hit by enemy forces. In the city of Shushi, there are reports of injuries among the civilian population as a result of the adversary's strikes.
