Russian President Vladimir Putin has not personally communicated with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who is self-isolating due to contact with someone who tested positive for coronavirus. This information was provided to RIA Novosti by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.
