What is happening is betrayal: Nikol Pashinyan speaks about NSS revelations
Today in Armenia, there is a doctor and a citizen who agree to provide false certificates claiming that they have coronavirus to avoid going to the frontline. And this is just one case that has been uncovered.
This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a Facebook live session. Pashinyan noted that cases like this leave soldiers' backs vulnerable, especially for those who are fighting valiantly. He stated, “We are betraying these people. It is said that we should not look for traitors, but what is happening is betrayal because, with this false documentation, a person may be needed to deliver food or ammunition to a soldier, to cover their backs, which has not occurred. Here is where we need to examine our problem—whether we can solve this issue promptly among ourselves or not.”
