New Heroes of Artsakh

Dear compatriots,

Guided by point 21 of Article 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and based on the law on 'State Awards of the Republic of Mountainous Karabakh,' I have made the decision today to confer the highest title of 'Hero of Artsakh' on the commanders of the units of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh, Major General Karen Shahen Shakaryan and Lieutenant Colonel Hunan Nelson Hayrumyan, for their exceptional services rendered to the Republic of Artsakh in the defense and security of the Homeland, as well as for their displayed bravery and personal courage. I have awarded them the 'Golden Eagle' medals. Glory to the Armenian Army!
