Askeran's Upper Subregion Remains Targeted by the Enemy

Askeran's upper subregion continues to be targeted by the enemy. Despite the Azerbaijani side's claims that it does not fire at peaceful settlements, Madatashen community in Askeran region came under shelling a short while ago, resulting in damage to three residential houses and one economically significant facility.
